Dr. Dadla joined NWMS April 2023 and primarily sees patients at our Olympia location.
As a Hematologist and Oncologist Dr. Dadla treats a wide range of blood and cancer disorders with a special focus in lung, breast and colon cancer.
Dr. Dadla studied medicine at Dr. V M Government Medical College in India, followed by residency at the University of Connecticut. In 2015 he commenced his oncology career with a Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital and Wayne State University where he served as Chief Fellow. Since then Dr. Dadla has practiced in multiple large health care systems.
Dr. Dadla is excited by the rapid strides and breakthroughs underway in oncology care. He believes that, beyond the best medicines and procedures, great patient care requires a good relationship with the patient. “It is vital to provide care that is respectful of patient preferences, needs and values, in a way they feel most comfortable. I strive to understand the totality of a patient’s experience with illness, keeping quality of life as one of the main goals to aid decision making.”
When asked why he became a provider, Dr. Dadla had the following to say: “I gravitated towards oncology because I had an opportunity to work under some brilliant minds in the field,” says Dr. Dadla of his early training. “They inspired me and helped shape my career. They are a shining example of how I can aspire to serve the community.”
When not caring for patients, Dr. Dadla and his family try to make positive impacts in other important areas. “My wife and I care deeply about the environment and look for opportunities to reduce our impact on the planet.”
